    There you will find FAQs specifically for applicants, as well as an online or printable application.

  • Yes, we do have a EIN # upon request.

  • Money is used for any youth sports programs and or any family that needs equipment to play that sport (shoes/shirts/knee pads/helmets/jerseys/warm ups things of that nature.

  • Our foundation usually will purchase new items for any sports programs that are needed. Any donated items would be huge items such as a shooting machine / with limited use that could be replaced with one in the school.
