Application for Assistance
The Domen / Marcu Foundation is dedicated to sponsoring youths, 18 years or younger, from financially limited families in enrichment programs provided by the Middlefield Recreation Department. By offering grants to eligible athletes, we aim to ensure that all children have the opportunity to participate in sports and recreational activities regardless of their financial situation.
Before you apply please note:
Fill out the below application form completely, all fields are required. If you prefer, you can download a printable application here and mail it.
All applications must be submitted a minimum of 10 business days before the registration deadline of any program.
When requests are greater than the amount available, applications will be chosen by lottery.

Anyone who has government assistance is eligible for help from the Domen/Marcu Foundation.
Furthermore, we encourage anyone who needs a little help to reach out. We try to accommodate as many families as possible.

All applications must be submitted a minimum of 10 business days before the registration deadline of any program.

All applications from eligible applicants are given directly to the rec (Middlefield) front desk.
Once all registration forms for the particular sport are finished by the deadline, those applications are sent to the Domen/Marcu Foundation to be paid.

No, we help as many kids as we can but sometimes it’s not possible to help everyone who applies.
